Who I am

1w9 on the Enneagram, novice watercolorist, wife and mother. 

As an introvert, I spend a lot of time in my head, where my constant companions are blog posts, stories and ideas for healthy, simple living. I always have a notebook nearby to jot it down and make sense of it all. 

Yoga, barre, Pilates, walking, hiking and my daughter keep me active; meditation helps me stay mindful; and healthy eating makes it all work.
